The IIB Associates as professional advisers strive to help their clients solve business problems and aim to enhance their ability to build value, manage risk and improve performance. As business advisors and consultants they take pride in the fact that their services add value by helping to improve transparency, trust and consistency of business processes. In order to succeed, we must grow and develop, both as individuals and as a business.
Our Associates conduct their business within the framework of applicable professional standards, laws, and regulations together with IIB policies and good corporate governance. This provides a framework of reference for all IIB Associates.
Whilst this provides a broad range of guidance on the values, standards of integrity and business conduct we expect all of our Associates to adhere to, no code can address every situation that our Associates are likely to encounter. As a result, this statement of vales and conduct is not a substitute for our responsibility and accountability, but a benchmark on which to exercise good judgment and the delivery of sound business conduct where applicable.
