Ruud Lagemann, IIB graduate, and Business Director of Business Integrators, Bussum, The Netherlands, and a team of 5 other IIB graduates support DX Exchange to achieve growth plans.

Dutch Exchange B.V. (DX Exchange) was established in a garret in 2006 in Almere and was initially designed to provide a currency exchange (L$ - Linden Dollar) between the virtual worlds (like Second Life) and the real world. Over the following years DX Exchange continued to develop its position as a media provider offering services to the virtual worlds of the Internet.

The company planned expansion and with the help of Associates accredited by the Institute for Independent Business, DX exchange first gained external financial support. Ruud Lagemann introduced other IIB Associates Sjoerd van Essen initially and thereafter Henrick Jan van Es. This team assisted with business management, coaching and the financial management of the company. Other accredited Associates Niek Hofman, Michel Schless, and Ron Visser supported Ruud Lagemann in supporting the sales and marketing efforts.

DX Exchange is gradually being introduced over Europe and other important markets in world as well as alternative virtual worlds like Active Worlds, IMVU, etc. With the help of these accredited Associates the business is developing well.
